File a DMCA Take-down Notice
NOTICE
If your copyright is indeed infringed by some certain materials on Novelsago
platform or within the community, to protect your legal rights, please submit a
DMCA takedown notice via email.
You can notify us by sending an email to support@novelsago.com, with the subject
line "Infringement Notice."
The email content should include:
1.Authorized Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person or
entity authorized to act on behalf of the copyright (or other intellectual
property) owner.
2.Identification of Copyright Owner: Valid identification documents for the
copyright owner, such as an identity card, business license, or other relevant
documents.
3.Proof of Copyright Ownership: Documentation proving copyright ownership, which
may include copyright registration certificates or authorization documents.
4.Infringed Work Description: A description of the copyrighted work (or other
intellectual property) that you claim has been infringed, along with a URL linking
to the original work.
5.Infringing Material Location: A description specifying the location on the
Novelsago platform where the allegedly infringing material is located.
6.Contact Information: Your email address, mailing address, and/or telephone
number for communication purposes.
7.Good Faith Statement: A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief
that the disputed use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its
agent, or the law.
8.Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury,
confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the
copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Repeat Infringers
Novelsago will promptly terminate, without prior notice, the accounts of users
identified asRepeat Infringers. Repeat Infringers are users who have been
confirmed by Novelsago to have repeatedly violated the copyrights of others.
File a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that a copyright infringement notice has been wrongly filed against
you, you may submit a "Counter-Notice of Infringement" to Novelsago. Your
counter-notice should include the following:
1.Your physical or electronic signature;
2.Your full name, email address, and mailing address;
3.Identification of the material that was removed or had its access disabled;
4.A statement, made under penalty of perjury, asserting your good faith belief
that the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified;
5.A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court (a) in the
judicial district where your address is located if the address is in PRC, or (b)
located in PRC, if your address is located outside PRC.
And that you agree to accept service of process from the complainant or their
authorized agent.
